
burn fat / Build muscle?
I want to burn fat and build muscle fast.
I am 5′7 and i am not exactly skinny, but im not really fat either. I have a gut and fat excess that i want to get rid of, and get a more defined body. What diet and excersice do you recommend for me?
Running
Walking burns fat, but doesn’t build muscle
running does both
so run regularly, and days you don’t run, go walking and also do muscle work (sit ups etc)
eat less fat and sugar, limit salt
also go to bed fairly hungry (2hrs atleats after dinner), not only will u burn more fat, you will wake up hungry and have a good breakfast.
Have cereal with skim milk and fruit.
