
how can i lose body fat fast?
is there anything i can take that is cheap or what can i do to lose body fat fast because im chubby and i want to be slim what kind of exercises can i do or what sport would be good?

Don’t ‘take’ anything – the only wat to permanently get rid of your ‘chubby’ bits is to eat good nutrition and exercise.
By good nutrition I mean eat 5 -6 small meals a day that include foods like lean meats, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, fresh vebetables and fruit.
Your exercise can consist of many things – it just depends on what you will like doing. Walking, bike riding, running, weight training (if you have access to a gym), swimming, etc. You have to find an exercise you enjoy so you are more likely to stick to it.
Do both of the above and you will start to lose body fat – I would highly recommend weight training workouts if you have access to a gym because when you work out your muscles you burn loads of calories, not just when you are doing the exercise but you continue to burn calories for up to 48 hours after.
