
whats the best exercise class for weight loss?
i am no good at the gym, I usually end up on the machine that requires the least effort! so I find the classes great (because i actually have to do the work!) but what class is best for weight loss? i have been doing the body attack class every Sunday (which is exhausting) but i want to step it up a gear and do another one midweek, but what kind of class should i do?
