One of the best way to lose weight or the fastest way to lose weight is to burn more fat, burn more calories, reduce calorie intake. eating less food is a fast way to lose weight, it mat not be an easy way to lose weight but is sure is the best way to lose weight. It not easy to eat less but eating the right kind of food that supply more fiber and protein than fast and carbs can lead you to the easiest way to lose weight. In addition the best way to loose weight for me, has been to eat a heavy breakfast and thus I stay full for a very long time and I eat less during the day.
