What is the best way to burn fat, running, biking, rowing machine, etc?
Actually, running is far from the best way to burn fat. You only burn a reasonable amount of fat after “hitting the wall”, at which point, your reserved glucose is already mostly spent. Most normal people quit at that stage, since it takes a while for you to feel the energy from the fat being broken down in your body. Exercising without that energy for a couple of minutes is very difficult to do.
That being said, anaerobic exercise is the best way to burn fat. Strength training using weights is good for burning fat, as it’s low intensity and doesn’t rely as much on your glucose reserves. It also raises your metabolism. If you don’t have weights, then the regular push ups, sit-ups, crunches, etc are the best option.
Controlling your diet is also very important. No matter how much exercise you do, if you eat more calories than you use, you will gain weight.
Also, separate your 3 meals into 5 smaller ones. This will also help to lower your metabolism.
