Can a fat person get abs if they do the exercise for them?

Can a fat person get 6 pack abs if their stomach is big and does the exercise for abs. Would it look good after the results?

You can have abs underneath your fat, but they won’t show. Unless you lose the weight you won’t see them, but you can have them the same as anyone else. I have stronger abs than my sister, but I’m chubby and she’s tiny.
